Since relocating to London earlier this year, former Superjesus frontwoman Sarah McLeod now divides her time between Los Angeles and the U.K. She’s spent the past few months in the studio in L.A. putting down the finishing touches on her second solo album, due for release this year. Back on the live circuit, she recently played to a full house at the Viper Room on Sunset, and a number of weeks ago to a massive crowd at The Great Escape Festival in Brighton, U.K., alongside her brand new band.
Sarah’s new sound will not disappoint. With her distinct rock voice, the tunes have taken on a whole new life with the world’s most cutting-edge producers and mixers adding to the fresh electro-infused pop rock sound of the record.
“I am so proud of this record," McLeod says. "The experience was an extraordinary journey with these incredibly creative people who took me into their little family. I feel so completely humbled and grateful to have been given the opportunity."
Following "He Doesn't Love You," which sat in the Club charts in Europe for over three months, comes the remixes of her track “White Horse” from her forthcoming album. Euphoric mix treatments by Whelan & Di Scala and Bass Kleph have blasted in to the U.K. Club Charts Top 10 and been supported by Radio BBC 1. This instant success proves Sarah can be a hit across music genres extending from her rock heritage.

Sarah McLeod will play The Metro Club in London on Wednesday, August 13, 2008. Tickets can be purchased via this link.
